| I realize that the list of Acceptable Documents have changed. For example, on List A, we no longer can accept Certificate of Citizenship, Certificate of Naturalization, etc. I have a large number of employees who have been working for our company for 10-15 years, and that was the form of documentation that they provided us with years ago. Do I now have to get documentation that is acceptable to replace the ones that are no longer accepted? Does anyone know if there was a cut off date? Any information is greatly appreciated.

This link is to the Department of Justice I9 Form and I see that those documents are still acceptable. Where did you hear that they were not?

I actually found the information here on HR California by just doing a seach on I-9. The I-9 form has not been updated since 5/31/05, but there have been changes made that list, such as what documents are no longer acceptable. You can also go to www.uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-9.htm
