| I was hoping I could get some ideas on how to help me create a more positive, “cleaner” work environment. We are a start up and in the past the company has been a bit of a free for all in what people say and do. More so in what they say. There are often things that are said that are quite offensive and as much as I’ve tried to crack down on inappropriate and distasteful comments I feel like I am fighting an uphill battle at this point. We are now 60+ employees and I’ve just had managers go through the Sexual Harassment training but apparently comments are still flowing. I don’t have a lot of buy-in from the Executive Staff and am often viewed as the “police” of the company. Do you have any suggestions?
