We have been utilizing the on-line Sexual harassment training for all of our Managers who work in California and in any other state that is not located near a plant or office. Can we utilize the Sexual Harassment training purchased from this website for Independent Contractors as we have for our managers and employees? Since the employee/employer terminology is so different for an Independent Contractor, will there be any issues from using the same training?
Any other training program suggestions for Independent Contractors?
