We have the 3-days no show/no call Job abandonment policy now and closely looking at implementing 2-days no show/no call policy.We have lots of turnover and no show/no calls and in the warehous industry.I know there are no applicable Federal or State laws on job abandonment. What are the advantages/disadvantages of having 2-days no show/no call Versus 3 -days no show/no call policy? Any thoughts will be appreciated.
