| Without HR or sr mgmt knowledge, employees were recently offered free flu shots on premises. Those who took advantage were not required to sign releases. Well-intentioned as this might have been, we're concerned about potential liability. Any experience you've had or thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks, Richard

| I don't beleive that it is required of you to have a release; but it's a good idea. I worked in a non-for profit for 5 years and we did this every year; no one ever signed a release.
