| There is an ee who on a regular basis displays a poor attitude, which is affecting other employees. The ee appears to not been in a good mood, responds in a short temper manner and seems irritated when asked a question. Other employees have complained about her behavior, stating she is unapproachable. On many occasions the ee has expressed to her supervisor of her personal issues, which is the ee's reasoning for her behavior. Her supervisor has told her to change her work ethics and to keep her personal issues at home, but the behavior still persists. As an employer, can we counsel the employee and suggest help?
