| If an employee was given approval by a supervisor to take PTO in the next couple of months but the supervisor was unaware that employee does not have that time banked and will in fact be 5.5 days OVER at the end of the accrual time period, can we tell that employee after the fact that their pay will be deducted by those number of days?
