The end of the month is always a busy time for us....but we have not implemented a policy that states you CAN NOT take that day off. Tomorrow we will be letting someone go from that dept, so it will be short an experienced person for that day. We have another employee who has requested to take this day off.....do we HAVE TO grant it? Can we say no?
ps...he has the time available.
