We have a production facility that employs about 100 people. It has all of the manufacturing equipment instructions in English. Labor law, saftey and other posters are in English. Of the 10-12 supervisors we have only 2 that can speak some Spanish. There is one job that doesn't require major communication or reading in English. Is it legal for us to require that employees be able to communicate in written and verbal English?
