Does anyone know what is the average employee annual salary increase? At what percentage is appropriate? For Clerical employees.

| It would really depend on what type of industry you are in, location, & what jobs you are classifying as clerical - I've been seeing numbers somewhere between 3.5-5.5%, leaning more to 4.8-5%
