Has this ever happened to anyone? We have an employee who we have permitted to work 2x per week through the summer and then come on full-time in the fall. Currently their comp plan is prorated for those 2 days based on a 40k salary. Their position is exempt, but would it be better to just put them on hourly pay? Any thoughts?
