Does anyone have any feedback for a member of management whom continually speaks to employees in a behavior that is disrespectful. For instances continually raising his voice and speaks in a demeaning negative behavior and to the point of of criticizing their work habits infront of other employees.
This behavior has occurred with several employees whom have voiced how unconfortable and disrespectful he is and is creating a morale problem among employees not wishing to work with this employee.
Any feedback on a constructive way to address this behavior with the member of management whom may be very resentful for acknowledging this behavior.

| We had a similiar situation. unfortunately until their manager recognized that it was affecting the entire team nothing was done. Eventually enough people pointed out how we were going to lose his team unless we did something. And eventually we let him go. It just wasn't a good "culture" fit.

| you need to give him a written warning that he has to sign acknowledgment of. show you are being proactive in protecting your employees from a harassing manager otherwise you are setting yourself up for lawsuits. manager or not, he needs to be respectful and follow the rules.

You may want to take a look at the training that this manager has had. His supervisor and the HR Department can require him to take a training course that outlines proper behavior and communication with subordinate staff.
You will also be protecting the company if this goes sour. A lot of companies have management training programs on a monthly basis to prevent this type of behavior.
Something to look at.
