| In various seminars that I have attended it has been stated that using the term probationary period in a contractual agreement could be detrimental to a company. Does anyone know how using that term in a contract could be detrimental to a company?

| I attended a Fred Pryor seminar and it was mentioned that you should use the term "introductory" period, not probationary period.
