Hello!
I just recently assumed the HR-Administrative duties at my workplace and have been asked to create an IIPP. I have never worked in the HR field, so my knowledge is quite slim. Our company is small (about 13 employees); Does anyone know of a good template to use for an IIPP? I've read through most of the material on the Cal Chamber HR website. It was very helpful. Being that we are a small company, does our IIPP have to be complex? or can it be pretty straight forward, like an outline?

Hello-
You can look at the OSHA web site, http://www.dir.ca.gov/title8/3203.html, they have a sample program. Also, you might want to ask your WC insurance brokers, they may be able to direct you as well.
