What are the laws for an employer? Can you stipulate the time before, during and after a holiday in order to get paid? For example: There is no vacations allowed the week before, the week of, or the week after a holiday. YOU MUST WORK THE FULL WEEK OF THE HOLIDAY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE PAY FOR THE HOLIDAY.

Is this leagal? Or can you only stipulate the day before and after? Or is there any laws at all?
