In July we are going to have to renew the Harassment Training we had for those supervisor employees who were trained 2 years ago. I know they have a time frame on when they must complete it when they first did the training (Supervisors must be trained within 6 months of being in that position).
My questions is it better to do the training before hand or once the two years is up they must be trained with in a certain time frame. We are just worried about exposure and making sure that we are not jumping the gun but giving everyone enough time to complete the training...
