Our hours of operation are 8-5. Our monthly meetings are at 7am, which makes it difficult for some to attend. I would like to know if there are any policies/laws regarding the time meetings are held. Do they have to be during normal business hours or can they be before and after work? Can the company make these meetings mandatory? We are getting paid for these hours but I was just wondering if there are any regulations. Thanks
