Family and Medical Leave of Absence Expand / Collapse

In the forms and checklist area I see that there is a Family / Medical Leave Policy for 50 or more employees. Is the Family / Medical leave policy the same if you only have about 10 employees?

Family Medical Leave (FMLA) applies to employers with over 50 employees. But be sure that the leave being requested is not covered by another leave law that does apply to your company such as PDL and so on.
