We are a small company (less than 15 employees) with an employee who has recently started having seizures. We are not sure if he has received a formal diagnosis of epilepsy, but his significant other has indicated to me that this is the case.
We are wondering if the company may have any legal liability when the employee drives to and from work. We are concerned that he could have a seizure and cause an accident.
