Is it possible to include in a prohibited use policy regarding company cell phones while driving, a provision that prohibits use of a personal cell phone? I'm looking to use language that will inform an employee that they (personally) will be held legally responsible for any damages incurred if personal use of cell phone is contributive to cause of damages? All replies are greatly appreciated.
