| In the case of a staffing agency, can a former Account Executive call on customers that he/she serviced in the old company? I'm thinking that customer lists/contact info. could be considered confidential information but what's to stop the AE from contacting the customer's main office? Recent court decisions on this issue lead me to believe that the AE would not be prohibited from doing so. Any opinions?
