Looking for confirmation of best practice and compliance. If a Manager in the State of CA. is supervised by a Manager who is out of the State, is the out of State Manager required to comply with CA. Training requirements for Sexual Harassment?

| To be on the safe side... I would say YES. Our Corp office is in CA and we have other regions in AZ and NV... we made sure the managers were also trained just in case they need to deal with CA workers and also to know harassment is not ok.
