| We are closing our small NY office. 2 employees have chosen not to relocate back to California. Our corporate office is in California, but we have been deducting NY state taxes from their payroll. My question is if anyone can refer me to how they apply for unemployment.

| They can file for unemployment online at the following website https://ui.labor.state.ny.us. It is the New York Department of Labor website. They will be able to log in using there social security number. You should also make sure you are providing them with all of the required documents, which should be listed on this website.
