| I work for a company that employs our own deliver drivers. I want to put a policy in place that states if they get 1 point on their driver license causing our insurance rate to go up they will be terminated. Is this a rightful termination. I also would like to state if they have an accident that is deemed their fault we can term them as well. Any thoughts?

| Our company is an overnight delivery service company. I have seen manager terminated employees due to their driving record and at fault accidents. We are an “At Will” employer. In our handbook we do inform the employee that post-accidents they are required to take a drug and alcohol test. Failure or refusal of the test will be ground for immediate termination.
