We have a director who is refusing to participate in an unemployemnt hearing for one of her employees she supervised directly and terminated. Her reason is she is afraid. We would like to impose consequences for not performing this aspect of her job. Has anyone had experience with this issue? Thanks.

What does her job description say? Does it mention she may be required to do these typs of things on occasion? Does she have a good reason to be afraid, such as the former employee threatening her?
