We are looking at implementing a time keeping system that is PC based and I'm looking for some feedback as to the current programs your company is utilizing. Are they multi-station pc based login and/or card swipe, etc.....

I use kronos workforce timekeeper. we have clocks in every location (6) and the punches get delivered to me ASAP so I always know who is on the premises.
There is a pc login but we use the actual biometric timeclock so there is no buddy punching... I love it. We had manual timecards..... then swipe a card in the timeclock which then had to be manually inputted into our payroll to now..... all hours, vac, sick, pto, holiday, ot and regular is imported to payroll (Sage MAS). All I have to do is make sure the time off requests are posted correctly prior to import.... any questions you can email me: jasanchez@benzinc.us

We currently use ADP PC Payroll and ezLaborManager for our electronic time & attendance system. This is a PC based system and both are compatible since they are produced by the same company, ADP. ADP supports multi-station users. They offer a few options for clocks, one being the hand punch clock that we're currently using, and they offer clocks that uses swipe cards.
Our factory employees use the handpunch clocks, but the office employees log onto their PC and punch in via the internet. Hope this helps if you're still looking.
(If you have 2000+ employees, you may want to consider Peoplesoft, who support large clients or ProBusiness which is a division of ADP.)

I love ADP ezLabor system. The ADP ezLabor timecard management has so many capabilites. We have about 7 different locations. In 3 of our locations we have hand-scanners. Each employee clock-in using their hand or by PC. The payroll administrator download all the time punches for each location daily.
Each department also has access to create reports that reveal OT for their department, etc. It is a great system to have.
