We have employees that periodically leave the building during their 10 minute break to go to the bank, 7-11, etc. This results in their taking more than the alloted time.
Additionally, some of our employees have gotten into the habit of clocking in then spending the next 10-15 minutes getting coffee and socializing with co-workers at the start of the day.
Does anyone have something that addresses these issues in their company policy?
