Upon hire, all of our employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement that states that we will not disclose business practices, trade secrets, etc. We recently terminated an employee and found out that she has contacted some of our current customers disclosing our business practices and trade information. Is there anything we can do to thwart this, stop her, etc.?
