| With the FaceBook fad growing, does anyone have any ideas about what to do if employees post remarks about happenings at work? Specially if they are exagerated to make the event funny/entertaining. Should we have a policy in our handbook ?

| What if the employees were required by the employer to enhance the business by doing facebook page postings during ? Should this time be compensable?
