| Some of our employee's work independantly at various job sites. Since I cannot require the employee to be responsible for providing their own water, how can (economically) provide the 2 gallons the regulation requires for an 8 hour work day?

| First, what kind of industry are you in and are you really required to provide the water? That Cal/OSHA reg only applies to specific types of workers.
